Shipping policy
We ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process.
Preparation Time - Orders are usually shipped within 3 Weeks of order date. Deliveries may take 3-8 business days. Unless you have opted for expedited shipping services, please allow the aforementioned amount of time for delivery.
Sample Shipping - We know how important samples are in making an informed decision about your giftware needs, so we process sample orders within 1-3 days and ship with USPS or UPS.
Custom Product Shipping - Custom made products art may take longer to process so it may take longer to ship even when placing it with expedited shipping. Contact our customer service team to get up to date information on our lead times.
Expedited Shipping Services - All orders placed before 12 PM EST for expedited shipping services (including next day delivery, 2-day deliver) will be shipped on the same day. All orders after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the following day. If there are any delays in expedited shipping services caused by the carrier, we will work together with the customer to resolve the issue to the best of our ability however we cannot make any guarantees as it is entirely up to the carrier for reimbursement. Please note that delays caused by weather or acts of god are not eligible for refunds as the carriers do not offer refunds for such causes.
Premium Shipping - This shipping option offers an estimated delivery date at an additional charge. If the delivery is not met by the given date, full shipping cost will be refunded. Please note that delays caused by weather or acts of god are not eligible for refunds as the carriers do not offer refunds for such causes.
Holidays - All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times. Please note that it is on the customer to be aware of these holidays and account for transit time. We do not hold accountability for missed delivery dates due to holidays and inclement weather.
International Shipping - We do not offer shipping outside of the US at this time.
Combined Shipping - US Giftware reserves the right to combine shipments going to the same address and same recipient where appropriate unless specifically stated otherwise.
